We have filed our Memorandum in the Supreme Court on the Rosalie Garcia case.
Background: see previous entry on Rosalie Garcia. Her estranged husband filed a petition attacking the constituitonality of Republic Act No. 9262, the Anti-VAW Act of 2004. the court of Appeals dsimissed his petition. He filed a petition for review in the Supreme Court.
