CEDAW and Judicial Practice

Aurora Javate de Dios, an expert on the Convention on Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women or the CEDAW, writes a chapter in our forthcoming book, Engendering the Philippine Judiciary. De Dios focuses on CEDAW and judicial practice, and points out the gaps in our judiciary.

We will post her article here next week, in “articles and papers.”

The cover photo of this book project is in the gallery/albums. The painting in the cover was done by Emmanuel Garibay.
