The Juvenile Justice Bill was passed in the House of Representatives yesterday, Feb 21, 2006 by a vote of 164-0.
just goes to show, pag children, walang problema ang legislators. laws protecting women, however, take 9 years to pass - e.g. anti rape act orf 1997 and anti0violence against women and their children act.

congratulations to the legislators who sponsored the JJ Bills in the senate and the house, and their technical staff.
