Juvenile Justice Bill passed in House of Reps

The Juvenile Justice Bill passed in the House of Representatives on 21 Feb 2006 with a vote of 164-0.
It has passed the Senate, so now the legislators will prepare for a Bicameral Conference, to finalize the bill before passing it into a law.
